BASEBALL!!!

Kyle got this baseball glove for his birthday and when he opened it the entire world around him stopped. Nothing else maters now. It's adorable how unbelievably exciting things like this are to him! I love his enthusiasm!

Motorcycle!

Kyle got a tricycle for his birthday, but he calls it his motorcycle! He did not want to get off of it. I think he put 100,000 miles on it already!

Kyle is the sports fan of the year. He loves watching and playing any kind of sport. He has a ritual every night to watch ESPN before bed and he never lets us forget. He's very particular about this ritual. Christian has to be sitting on the couch right next to him and he needs a sippy cup and a blanket on his lap. I'm usually welcome to be there, but attendance is mandatory for Christian. Sometimes he even says, "Bye-Bye Mommy" because he just wants the two of them there. It's a guy thing, I guess!

Kyle loves to make people laugh! He put on my shower cap and started posing for us. He knows when he's being funny and plays it up!

Here is our townhouse! The progress has been slow, but at least there is progress! We were supposed to be moved in in August, but now it's looking like November (I hope!). They are tiling it today and we will probably be painting in the next week or two.

He works hard for his money!

If you look close you'll notice that Kyle is balancing a penny on his finger and is VERY pleased with himself! He's on a money kick lately and I can get him to do a lot of things for a penny. I can get him to do Anything for two pennies!

We have a membership to the Living Planet Aquarium and Kyle LOVES going there! He could look at the sharks forever!

Well, I really didn't want you "Out of Towners" to see just how big I really am, but Christian wanted me to post a recent family photo of us - so here you go!

I'll just give a quick update on us for those of you who we haven't talked to for a little while. I'm due anywhere between September 25th and October 2nd. I'm rooting for the earlier date, of course! Christian is still working for the same accounting firm and working on his masters at the University of Utah. He's got a pretty hefty school load and still manages to work full-time. He's a busy man. Kyle will be 2 on Monday (I can't believe it)! He sure keeps me going and definitely gives me a run for my money!

I don't know what I'm doing!
